Each player may hold only one loveph account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are subject to suspension and forfeiture of balances.

loveph reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification documents at any time to verify a Player's age and identity. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, UMID card, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or any other PAGCOR-approved identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
The loveph Platform is operated for and directed at Philippine residents. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. loveph makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
The following persons are not eligible to hold a loveph Account: (a) employees of loveph or its affiliated entities; (b) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform; (c) individuals placed on PAGCOR's exclusion register; and (d) individuals whose Accounts have been permanently terminated for breach of these Terms.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where loveph identifies multiple Accounts linked to the same individual, all such Accounts may be suspended, and all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and must promptly update their Account information if any details change. loveph is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account information.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their loveph login credentials, including their password and OTP codes. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify loveph immediately via the support contact details provided on the Platform.
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, loveph may require Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any point during the Account relationship. Required documentation may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
loveph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page within your loveph Account.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. loveph processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to any required verification procedures. loveph reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
Players must only deposit funds that they can afford to lose. loveph strongly discourages the use of borrowed money, credit facilities, or funds set aside for essential living expenses for gaming purposes. Deposit limit tools are available within your Account settings.
loveph is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering legislation and PAGCOR reporting requirements. loveph reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities. Players must not use the Platform to launder money or otherwise engage in any illegal financial activity.
All bonus offers issued by loveph are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as Real Money. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are published in the relevant promotion terms and are incorporated into these Terms.
loveph employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; the use of betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and the use of excluded payment methods to qualify for bonuses. Where bonus abuse is detected, loveph reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Player's Account.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the promotional validity period specified at the time of the offer will expire and be removed from the Player's Account automatically. loveph will not reinstate expired bonuses.
Players must not engage in any of the following activities on the loveph Platform:
loveph reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Upon confirmation of prohibited conduct, loveph may permanently terminate the Account, void all associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

All content on the loveph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and audiovisual material, is owned by or licensed to loveph and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content from the loveph Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of loveph.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, loveph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; interruption or unavailability of the Platform; unauthorised third-party access to a Player's Account due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security; or any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
loveph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits loveph's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
loveph collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, and Players' data subject rights are described in detail in the loveph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By creating a loveph Account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Players may withdraw consent by requesting Account closure, subject to loveph's legal data retention obligations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or a Player's use of the loveph Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players may also raise gaming-related complaints with PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
loveph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the loveph Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is each Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
